Since the inception of Mangetout Cuisine in 2009, Kamil has offered consulting and advisory services for food service businesses both in Lebanon and abroad. He has worked with many prestigious establishments to create food concepts as well as improve products and operations.

Futhermore, during his employment with GHIA Holding, he was a pivotal part of the team responsible for the strategic development and expansion of more than 50 restaurants.

In addition to his work in the food service industry, Kamil has also contributed his experience and expertise in the field of higher education. Since 2005, kamil has taught food production courses at L’Université Saint-Joseph (USJ) in Lebanon, becoming the head of culinary arts and participating in the creation and implementation of the culinary arts major for the hospitality management department.
